Community Guidelines

Effective date: 26 July 2026 · Version 1.0

VIBERO exists so people can find a match and play. These guidelines describe what is allowed, what is not, and what happens when something goes wrong. They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Be a real person, playing real padel

  • Use a name people would recognise on court. Do not impersonate another person, a club, a coach or VIBERO staff.
  • One account per person. Do not create additional accounts to inflate your rating, win leaderboards, or evade a suspension.
  • Record matches that actually happened. Fabricated results distort other players' ratings, not just your own.

2. Not allowed

  • Harassment and abuse — threats, intimidation, sexual harassment, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Hate speech — attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
  • Sexual content — explicit content, or any sexual content involving minors, which we report to the relevant authorities.
  • Violence — threats of violence or content that glorifies it.
  • Illegal activity — including the sale of regulated goods, and gambling on match outcomes.
  • Spam and scams — unsolicited advertising, phishing, fake listings, or requests for money or payment details.
  • Privacy violations — posting someone's personal information, location or images without their permission.
  • Cheating — manipulating scores, ratings, XP or leaderboards, or coordinating with others to do so.

3. Listings and meeting people

  • Listings must describe a genuine session: real court, real time, real capacity.
  • You must be 18 or over to publish or apply to a listing.
  • Do not use listings to advertise unrelated commercial services.
  • VIBERO does not verify users and is not a party to your meeting. Choose a public sports facility, tell someone you trust where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not verified.

4. Reporting

You have three tools, and you do not have to wait for us to use them:

  • Block — takes effect immediately. A blocked person cannot invite you, apply to your listings, join your tournaments or interact with you.
  • Hide — removes a specific piece of content from your own view.
  • Report — sends it to us for review, from the app or from destek@viberoapp.com.

5. What happens after a report

We review reports within a reasonable time and prioritise anything involving personal safety or illegal content. Depending on severity and history we may:

  • remove the content,
  • issue a warning,
  • restrict access to community features,
  • suspend or close the account.

For serious or repeated violations we act without a prior warning. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with the competent authorities.

6. Appeals

If you believe we removed your content or restricted your account in error, write to destek@viberoapp.com with your account email and what happened. We will re-examine the decision and reply. Decisions are made by a person, not automatically.

7. Emergencies

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. VIBERO is not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time.
