By using the VIBERO app you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
VIBERO is a mobile app that lets you record padel matches, view statistics and rating, and manage tournaments and groups. We may make reasonable changes to improve or modify the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and sign-in credentials. You agree that the information you provide is accurate. In guest mode, data is stored only on your device.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- create content that harasses others or is misleading or unlawful,
- misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to breach the security of the app,
- attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You can report inappropriate content or users at [email protected].
4. Premium subscription
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the App Store; unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, the subscription renews automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
5. Your content
The match, profile and media content you create belongs to you. You grant us permission to host and process this content so that we can provide the service. For highlight/video features you must only use content you have the rights to.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Statistics and rating calculations are for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current terms. You may delete your account at any time.
